Sometimes the universe lines up and you meet people you are ment to cross paths with. Nothing makes me more happy when a person who truly loves coffee. Collin has a passion for it. He graciously agreed to try all our coffee and to give us his honest review and thoughts. Then I told him to play around with the single orgins and try to blend them. His first creation names after him of course is Hondorus and Yirgacheffe. Heres his review:
The Hondonrus is smooth, chocolately, and isn't too overpowering which makes it work well for blending. The Yirgacheffe is completely different, very earthy, sweet and moderately acidic. Once blended together and drank black, it literally taste like a black cup of coffee with a spoon full of sugar. Very deep and balanced flavors.
