Light body, medium acidity, with
flavors of chocolate, brown
spice, green apple, and lemon. 
When served hot, you get warm flavors of brown sugar and the clean finish of lemon and a slight hint of peach.  When tried as cold brew its completely different. This cold is bold, but acidic and fresh which makes it perfect for cold brew.
