"This True North blew me away!  This is themost complex cup of coffee I have had from this roaster. It is HEAVY bodied, robust cup of coffee but at the same time very light, delicate flavors. 
You get hit right away with the warm, sweet spice similar to cardamom, then you you get a very clean aftertaste of red apple. "-  Collin Carathers
